Listings and Pricing
Equipment and attachment listings on this site are for informational purposes only. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. All sales are finalized through a signed purchase agreement. We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all equipment, but buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment in person before purchasing.
Condition Descriptions
Equipment is described using our condition rating system (New, Like New, Used, Refurbished, As-Is). "As-Is" items are sold without any warranty or representation of fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including physical inspection, on all equipment prior to purchase.
No Warranties
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement at the time of sale, all used equipment is sold as-is without express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. New equipment may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable — ask us for details.
Limitation of Liability
Mountain High Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any equipment purchased through this site or any reliance on information provided on this website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific equipment at issue.
Inquiries and No Binding Commitment
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding agreement to purchase or reserve equipment. Equipment remains available for sale to any buyer until a signed purchase agreement and deposit or payment are received. We are not responsible for equipment selling before an inquiry is acted upon.

Governing Law
